Toys, games and models have existed for as long as there have been children who needed to be entertained.
Over the years, the materials used to make the toys may have changed, but, in essence, todays toys are substantially similar to those that were played with by children in ancient times.
For example, Dolls, miniature toy animals, pretend weapons, toy vehicles, toy boats, activity toys for babies etc. are still conceptually the same now as they ever were.
